Svitlana Lenets
Founder and Lead Consultant at Finlenc Consulting
Svitlana Lenets has over 20 years’ professional experience in the fields of accounting, financial management, business analysis and the organisation of internal company processes.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Kyiv National Economic University.
Svitlana’s career has included roles as chief accountant, finance director and managing director. She has practical experience in financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, tax compliance, profitability analysis, cash flow management, negotiations with banks and partners, as well as in developing internal regulations and business processes.
Her experience in senior management roles has shaped a comprehensive approach to finance. For Svitlana, it is important to see beyond the figures to the true state of the business, its risks, reserves and opportunities for growth.
Since 2022, Svitlana has been living in Ireland and developing Finlenc Consulting in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Consultancy services are provided to clients from various countries. Finlenc Consulting’s main client base consists of Ukrainians living, working or running businesses abroad, with a particular focus on Ukrainians in Ireland.
A separate area of her work involves collaborating with Ukrainian companies, business owners and specialists who have operations, income, assets or tax liabilities in Ukraine and other countries.
This approach enables a comprehensive analysis of situations involving a combination of Ukrainian and international financial, tax and management issues.
In her work, Svitlana combines the skills of an accountant, financial adviser, analyst and manager. This allows her to consider a client’s enquiry more broadly than simply a tax calculation or the preparation of documents.
Svitlana’s guiding principle is that financial information must be clear, practical and useful for decision-making.
Each situation is analysed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the client’s documents, type of business, income structure, country of residence, tax status and objectives.
